We’re excited to invite you to our Coffee Room Potluck Event!
The event will take place on the 3rd of June from 13:00 onwards. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy good food and connect with fellow members in a relaxed setting.
To help keep everyone safe and comfortable, we kindly ask you to complete a short allergy form after signing up. This form is only to let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions you may have.
On Friday, 29 May, you will receive a link to a shared Google Sheet containing an overview of all participants' allergies. In this same sheet, you will also fill in what you plan to bring and indicate whether your dish contains any of the listed allergens.
Please make sure to complete everything before the event so we can prepare and enjoy the potluck together safely.
