Coffee Room Event: Secret Santa

Dear Ibn’ers,

It is almost time to celebrate the holidays together! Join the Secret Santa and unpack a special gift on the 11th of December! Here’s what you need to do to join:

• Sign up on the website and fill in the form before November 27th. We'll draw lots for who gets who, so you'll find out who you get and what their preferences are soon!
• Put a wrapped gift of around 10 euros under the Christmas tree in the Coffee Room before December 10th, 16:00. Make sure the person’s name is on the gift. You may include a poem if you wish, but this is not required.
• Come to the Coffee Room on the 11th of December between *15:00-17:00, where we all unpack our gifts together!

On the day itself we will have (non-alcoholic) warm wintery beverages, plenty of snacks and board games to spend the afternoon together next to the fireplace!

You will receive an email upon signing up with this information.

*The time changed from 16:00-18:00 to 15:00-17:00. If you cannot be there on the 11th, you can also open your gift at another moment. Please let us know if that’s the case
