Introduction Weekend Ameland

Dear Ibn'ers,

From the 11th to the 13th of September, the Introduction Weekend will take place on Ameland! This weekend will be filled with a lot of fun and exciting activities during which you'll get to meet your fellow (first-year) students as well as Ibn Battuta! What better way to spend the first weekend of your academic year? The Introduction Weekend will cost around €70,-, which includes food, transport and accommodation. The amount of spaces is limited, so sign up now to secure your spot!

Some practical information: After your lecture on the 11th of September, we will gather at Zernike Campus around 13:45. You'll be able to store your luggage on Zernike beforehand. We will arrange transport for you from Zernike Campus to Ameland. On Sunday the 13th of September, a boat is arranged back from Ameland to Holwerd, but you will have to arrange your own transport from Holwerd to home. The packing list and more info will be sent shortly after signing up. You can sign off until the 8th of September 23:59 without any costs.
