We're thrilled to officially announce the BEC TO THE ROOTS Foreign Excursion 2025! The BECXPRESS🩷🤍 is taking you on an unforgettable journey to MOROCCO, where we explore the roots of Ibn Battuta and beyond. We will dive into Morocco’s rich culture, ancient history and stunning landscapes.
Join us on this amazing trip where we will visit Marrakech, Tangier and the desert!! 🐫🐫 Experience vibrant markets, majestic architecture and timeless traditions. We will embark on a journey through the desert, where we will witness endless dunes and perhaps even a sky full of stars!
Please keep in mind that there are cultural differences between Europe and Morocco. Things like clothing, manners, and customs can differ significantly. We encourage you to respect the local traditions and inform yourself with them before you sign up. This will ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for everyone.
If you decide to join us on this trip, make sure that you have a passport and that it is valid until at least the 1st of december 2025. This is essential to ensure your participation. If you have any questions regarding travel documents or other matters don’t hesitate to reach out to a committee member.
The trip will take place from May 22nd to May 31st. The costs will be around €599 per person. This includes travel, accommodation and activities. To fairly select participants, we will draw lots. If you're not selected in the first round, don’t worry – you will be placed on a waiting list and will still have a chance to join!

For the people who will take the course Spatial Design Standards and Conditions, it will be possible to make the exam on the 22nd of May.
For the people who will take the course Landscapes during the BEC, it is only possible to join the second fieldwork week.
